Admissions Process

Fill-up the admissions form and submit all the required documents
After the admissions team confirms that all required forms and documents have been submitted, request to book for an assessment and we will e-mail you an invoice for the assessment fee
Pay the assessment fee and liaise with our admissions team to book the assessment date
If you are travelling to the UAE for the enrolment assessments, make your travel, visa and accommodation arrangements in line with the confirmed assessment date
Undergo enrolment assessments:
- a. Pilot enrolment aptitude test
- b. Aero medical fitness test
- c. Panel interview
Receive assessment results
Upon selection, book a seat at the Academy and complete the registration payments: programme fee and student visa charges (if applicable)

Notes:

Prospective international students are responsible for their own travel, visa and accommodation arrangements on their visit to the Academy for the enrolment assessments. Upon registration, the Academy can assist with providing a student residence visa.
Prospective international students travelling to the UAE for the enrolment assessments are advised to apply for a visa (tourist or visit) with at least one month validity to complete all the assessment stages and register upon receiving successful results and being selected.

Eligibility Criteria

All genders are welcome
Open to all nationalities
Age between 17 – 35 years old
Height between 155cm – 195cm
High School or O-Level Diploma

AAA’s Admissions Requirements Checklist

Admissions Form
Form must be completed, scanned, signed, and sent by email.
Visa Copy
Coloured scan/copy of valid residence or tourist/visit visa.
Sponsor’s Documents (if applicable)
Coloured scan/copy of sponsor’s passport and visa.

Passport
Coloured scan/copy of all relevant passport pages. Passport must be valid for more than 6 months.
Emirates ID (if applicable)
Coloured scan/copy of both sides of valid ID.
Birth Certificate
Coloured scan/copy of attested birth certificate.

Latest/Highest Degree/Certificate
Coloured scan/copy of latest/highest degree/certificate attested by the issuing country’s Ministry of Education or External Foreign Affairs.
Passport-size Photo
Passport standard-size photo with white background to be provided by email in .jpg file format, and 12 copies of the same photo to be submitted in hard copy for official use.
CV/Resume
CV/Resume must be in English language.
High School Transcripts (Grades of last 3 years of school)
Coloured scan/copy of transcripts attested by the issuing country’s Ministry of Education or External Foreign Affairs

Visa Formalities

All students attending our programme are required to carry a valid UAE residence visa during their study period at Alpha Aviation Academy. We can assist our students with a UAE student residence visa under the academy’s sponsorship, provided that all registration formalities are completed and the programme fee is paid.

Student resident visas can be provided to all selected students
Overseas students wishing to attend our enrolment assessments are responsible for arranging their visit visa to the UAE
